- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong background in drywall, metal framing, and interior systems (Division 9 preferred)
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of union construction environments
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple project stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on healthcare, education, or large commercial projects
- Background with specialty drywall or interiors contractors
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in Northeast construction markets
