Projektbeschreibung:
Als DevOps Engineer bist Du Teil eines agilen Plattform-Teams und verantwortest den Aufbau sowie den stabilen Betrieb einer skalierbaren und sicheren Cloud-Plattform.
Dein Fokus liegt darauf, Entwicklerteams eine zuverlässige, self-service-fähige Plattform bereitzustellen und die Developer Experience kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Kubernetes-Clustern auf AWS (EKS)
  • Sicherstellung einer stabilen, skalierbaren und sicheren Plattform-Infrastruktur
  • Automatisierung von Infrastruktur und Deployment-Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Observability-Lösungen
  • Implementierung und Betrieb von Monitoring- und Logging-Stacks (z. B. Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, CloudWatch)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Developer Experience Team zur Optimierung der Entwicklerplattform
  • Entwicklung und Etablierung von Golden Paths und Self-Service-Lösungen für Entwicklerteams
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Plattform hinsichtlich
  • Performance/ Sicherheit/ Skalierbarkeit / Developer Experience
  • Transparente und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft, um den stabilen Betrieb der Plattform sicherzustellen

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb produktiver Kubernetes-Cluster
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit AWS Cloud Services, insbesondere:
  • EKS/ EC2/ VPC/ IAM / S3 /  Lambda
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring und Observability


Technologien (typisch im Projekt)
  • Kubernetes
  • AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda)
  • Grafana
  • Prometheus
  • Thanos
  • AWS CloudWatch
  • CI/CD-Tools
  • Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, CloudFormation o. Ä.)

Wünschenswert:
  • Erfahrung mit Multi-Cloud-Architekturen
  • Erfahrung mit Developer Platform / Internal Developer Platform
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Self-Service-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit DevOps-Plattformteams
 

Rahmenparameter:

  • Einsatzort: Remote (bis zu 90%) und Köln
  • Laufzeit: Ab sofort - 31.12.2027 + Option auf Verlängerung
