\About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: May 21, 2026 to May 27, 2026
- Hours: 24/7 unrestricted call coverage
- Setting: Inpatient
Responsibilities:
- Providing 24/7 unrestricted on-call pediatric cardiology coverage
- Performing inpatient consultations as needed, including onsite evaluations
- Conducting and interpreting echocardiography for pediatric patients
- Performing echocardiograms independently for patients under five years of age
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a low-volume setting
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology
- Active and unrestricted Medical license (New Jersey preferred)
- Ability to perform echocardiograms independently for young children
- Experience utilizing Epic EMR system
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Pediatric Cardiology
- Advanced Medical Degree
- Active New Jersey Medical license
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Skilled in Echocardiography
