A community-focused, integrated healthcare organization in north central Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and their families in a collaborative outpatient setting.


Position Highlights:

  • Part-time outpatient Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health position
  • Provide individual, family, and crisis intervention services
  • Develop treatment, discharge, and follow-up care plans

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • LICSW or LMHC required (or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure, if applicable)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
  • Strong crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
