THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining a high performing construction team. The role will involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of construction matters and direct contact with partners.
- General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting
- Monthly billing
- Liaising with clients directly
- File management of electronic files.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Assistant or support role within a law firm.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, with experience within a property related area
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- Be able to work 5 days per week.
