Senior Technical Lead (AI & Data Products) 　(PSR-8292)

A Global IT firm is looking for a Senior Technical Lead (AI & Data Products) in AI & Data Consulting Department. The role is to understand the existing architecture and development flow, then lead basic design and technical decision-making while maintaining consistency with the current system, including Google Maps Platform integration, geospatial data handling, and PostgreSQL-based database design, and other cloud-based services and APIs.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the existing product architecture, design documents, codebase, database structure, and development process
- Lead basic design for new features, enhancements, and modifications across the AI chatbot, map visualization, and KPI dashboard areas
- Review technical designs for Azure services, Google Maps Platform integration, geospatial data processing, and database usage
- Assess feasibility, technical risks, data flow, performance, and impact on existing functions
- Support database design using PostgreSQL, including PostGIS for geospatial data and pgvector for vector search / AI-related use cases
- Review and improve design guidelines, coding standards, and technical documentation where needed
- Ensure new designs are consistent with the existing system architecture and operational constraints
- Guide developers and vendors through implementation, review deliverables, and support test design

Required skills:
- 6+ YOE in software engineering, including 2+ years as a tech lead or similar technical decision making role
- Experience joining an existing product or ongoing project as a tech lead, basic design lead, or senior engineer
- Strong experience in application basic design, technical review, and impact analysis
- Ability to quickly understand existing architecture, code, data models, and design documents
- Experience with cloud-based application architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL database design Understanding of API integration and external platform usage
- Ability to assess performance, maintainability, and technical risk in an existing system
- Strong communication skills for working with project managers, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
