- Develop training processes and procedures for the bakery
- Streamline training process for new hires
- Maintenance and organization of training files 80% of the time will be spent on the production floor
- The role will require learning all positions in the production area of the facility
- Reports directly to Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and computer proficiency required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform all production roles, which require: standing, pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking boxes up to 7 feet
