AVP / Senior Associate, Relationship Management

We are partnering with a leading global financial market infrastructure provider to appoint an Associate, Client Services supporting institutional clients across the North Asia region. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from custody, securities services, settlement, corporate actions, or client servicing backgrounds who enjoy solving problems, working closely with clients, and developing expertise in global post-trade markets.

As part of the North Asia Client Services team, you will act as a key point of contact for banks, financial institutions, and market participants, supporting them on settlement, custody, and asset servicing matters while ensuring a high standard of client experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Asia and Europe, gaining exposure to international markets and a broad range of institutional clients.

• Serve as a primary contact for client enquiries relating to settlement, custody, and asset servicing
• Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with institutional clients and support their ongoing business needs
• Partner with teams across Europe and Asia to investigate and resolve operational queries
• Support clients through training sessions and service-related initiatives
• Monitor client feedback and contribute to service improvements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and operational procedures

• 3–5 years of experience within securities services, custody, settlement, corporate actions, asset servicing, or banking operations
• Experience working with institutional clients, banks, brokerages, or financial institutions
• Knowledge of settlement processes across multiple markets
• Understanding of income processing and corporate actions
• Strong client servicing mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
