Setup/Process Technician

Setup/Process Technician, $20.00–$25.00/hr - Elkhart, IN (Monday–Friday 5:30am-1:30pm)

Are you someone who has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys working hands-on with production equipment in a fast-paced environment? Then come check this place out and make a change.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing preferred
· Experience performing mold changes and equipment troubleshooting
· Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Skills:
· Injection molding machine operation and support
· Mold setup and changeover
· Equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

As a Process Technician, not only will you be installing molds, performing changeovers, preparing materials, monitoring machines, and troubleshooting equipment, but you’ll also maintain and clean equipment, communicate with operators and quality teams, report issues to leadership, and support overall production goals. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
