Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group budgeting, forecasting, and planning process across multiple entities.
- Manage group consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, systems, controls, and finance processes.
- Develop, implement, and enhance finance policies and procedures to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support strategic business initiatives, including capital projects, investment analysis, and operational improvement programs.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights, financial analysis, and decision support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
- Take ownership of broader finance operations and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Experienced Finance Manager with a background in complex, multi-entity organisations.
- Strong group reporting, consolidation, and financial control experience.
- Demonstrated success leading finance teams and delivering process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments and driving positive change.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Strong technical accounting capability combined with commercial acumen.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working autonomously.
