研究与开发方向：

• 多智能体协同框架研发，构建具备复杂任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理系统

• 大型语言模型（LLM）与多模态模型在智能协作场景中的应用研究

• Agent行为决策机制与可解释性研究

• 基于知识图谱的Agent认知增强与推理优化

• 实时交互式Agent系统在Zoom生态中的创新应用

岗位职责：

• 主导多智能体协同框架的研发，设计具备任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理系统，解决复杂环境下的协调挑战

• 深入研究并实现智能助手、智能客服、会议助理等场景的核心技术，设计可解释的Agent行为决策机制

• 将博士研究成果转化为产品创新，协同产品、算法、工程团队完成系统集成

• 推动前沿LLM和Agentic AI框架在实际生产场景中的应用，从根本上改变人们在工作和日常生活中的沟通和协作方式

• 参与学术交流与发表，保持团队在AI Agent领域的技术领先性

任职要求：

• 计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理或相关领域博士学位（应届或1-3年工作经验）

• 在NLP/LLM/Agent相关方向有扎实的研究背景，在顶级会议或期刊（如NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP等）发表过高质量论文

• 精通Transformer架构及主流LLM技术栈（如LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen），熟悉LLM微调、推理优化及评估方法论

• 具备多智能体系统研发经验，掌握ReAct、CoT等推理框架，熟悉Agent行为建模技术

• 扎实的机器学习基础，熟悉知识图谱构建、检索增强生成（RAG）及强化学习技术

• 优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python及至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）
