Responsibilities 

  • Driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading and coaching a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Managing the full sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent revenue delivery.
  • Representing the company at regional events to strengthen brand visibility and customer trust.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 10+ years of enterprise software or cloud sales experience with proven success in complex sales cycles.

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

  • Show a consistent record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in dynamic markets.

  • Communicate effectively with senior executives and decision-makers to align solutions with business needs.

  • Apply strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Exhibit integrity, accountability, and commitment to inclusive leadership.

  • Speak fluent German and English to engage effectively with regional and global stakeholders.


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:

€170,900.00


Maximum:

€299,100.00
