Looking for Reach Truck work? Barker Ross is recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers for a 4 on 4 off shift to join a leading COPACK operation based in Coalville, Bardon (LE67).

This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with a well-established employer offering competitive pay, regular shifts, and a supportive working environment.

Shift Timing:

4 on 4 off shift pattern - Day Shift
06:00 to 18:00

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· A valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred)
· In-house licences will also be considered, with refresher training provided where required
· The ability to work well as part of a team
· Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience
· Good attention to detail and accuracy


As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:

· Moving, storing and replenishing palletised stock
· Maintaining a clean and organised working area
· Loading and unloading vehicles
· Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
· Picking, packing and repacking customer orders
· Completing goods-in and goods-out checks
· Supporting general warehouse operations
· Following all Health & Safety procedures
