Description:
•Respond to quality concerns associated with supplied parts and materials on the manufacturing production floor and ensure accurate defect documentation
•Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
•Collaborate with supplier quality program representatives to analyze and disposition nonconformances on supplied parts and materials.
•Leverage Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends for actionable next steps.
•Support on-site supplier activities to facilitate efficient defect resolution.
Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
•Tableau and other data visualization platforms for quality tracking.
•Working knowledge of inspection techniques, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints, familiarity with GD&T.
•Familiarity with machining and manufacturing practices.
•Experience with electrical assembly commodities such as CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components, and industry standards such as IPC-A-610/J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 and other aerospace
