The Role
- Provide analysis and insight to specific stakeholders within the organisation to assist informed decision making
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly finance performance including trend analysis
- Determine stakeholder needs to design and build appropriate financial models to aid in decision making
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes and understand how actual performance tracks against both
- Assist business case analysis and other ad-hoc reporting as required
Your Profile
- 5 years’ experience in Finance, and ideally holding a CA or CPA qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for turning raw data into meaningful insights
- Proven Excel skills, including experience in building financial models, with Power BI exposure also viewed favourably
- Previous experience in commercial/business partnering roles within a manufacturing context is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand
