Talent Quarter are proud to partner with a well established regional health service who have an exciting opportunity an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join their team.This role is ideal for a passionate Registered Nurse ready to step into a key leadership position, supporting high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring and developing a dedicated clinical team.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight and day-to-day operational support within the facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to nursing and care staff
- Act as a role model, promoting best practice and high standards of care
- Support the delivery of person-centred, resident-focused care
- Assist with rostering, workforce planning, and daily operations
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Support incident management, audits, and clinical documentation processes
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (4+ years)
- Previous experience in a senior nursing role (ANUM, Clinical Nurse, Team Leader or similar)
- Strong clinical background within aged care or a related setting
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
