About the Role

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality assessment, treatment, and care coordination to individuals experiencing mental health challenges within community settings.


Responsibilities may include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health and risk assessments

Providing crisis intervention and acute care management

Delivering case management and care coordination

Facilitating recovery-oriented therapeutic interventions

Collaborating with consumers, families, carers, and community stakeholders

Working within multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive recovery outcomes

To be considered, you will have:


Qualification as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist

Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership

Minimum 2 years' experience within Mental Health Services

Experience in Community Mental Health, Crisis, Acute, Triage, Intake, or Case Management settings

Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

A commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centred care
