Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of intelligent systems and workflow automation, utilizing machine learning and data-driven insights
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Create clear, actionable reports and presentations for various stakeholders
- Use analytical techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to automate reports and increase efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of new systems and processes
- Provide administrative support, prepare correspondence, and assist with drafting SOPs
- At least 2 years or more of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar role within the Life Insurance or FA/Agency industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills.
- Meticulous and highly skilled with numbers
- Knowledge of Agency/FA activities and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
