LF / LO Operators AM & PM

LO / LF Operator –Truganina VIC

We're seeking experienced and reliable LO & LF Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Truganina. This is an excellent opportunity for operators who are confident across multiple types of MHE and are happy to be hands-on when required.

About the Role Working on a permanent day shift of 6:00am – 2:00pm, you'll be responsible for a mix of forklift operations, stock picking and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• LO stock picking 
• Counterbalance forklift operation including loading and unloading trucks 
• High Reach forklift operation for putaways and replenishments
• Picking and packing orders as required
• General warehouse and inventory duties
• Adhering to site safety and operational procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have ✅ Current LO Licence (essential)
✅ Current LF Licence (essential)
✅ Minimum 12 months' experience operating:

• LO Order Picker
• Counterbalance Forklift
• High Reach Forklift

✅ Confidence in loading and unloading using Counterbalance ✅ Experience with putaways and replenishment using High Reach ✅ Strong stock picking experience using an LO ✅ A positive attitude and willingness to assist with pick/pack duties when required ✅ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
