Quality Engineer II / Senior Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who can take ownership, solve complex problems, and partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and customers to drive quality from the ground up.

Duties

• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, FAIRs, audits, and customer quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, inspection criteria, and customer requirements to ensure product and process compliance.
• Analyze quality data, KPIs, trends, and process capability while driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams on quality concerns, audits, inspections, process changes, training, and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or another regulated/complex manufacturing environment; 5+ years preferred for Senior level.
• Strong experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, FAIRs, quality systems, and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or IPC standards; Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, and customer-facing experience are a plus.

Quality Engineer II Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Senior Quality Engineer Salary: $100,000–$120,000
