Senior Talent Acquisition - Bilingual needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Wilmington, DE.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proven experience in social sourcing, use of AI in recruitment and projecting the organizational talent brand
• Hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week in the Wilmington, DE office, but flexible)
• Paying $50 - $57.14 per hour; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate engagement, interview process, offer, and onboarding.
• Build targeted sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, job boards, events, and industry communities.
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, translating business needs into focused search strategies and clear candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage passive talent in the medical device market, creating compelling outreach that earns responses and builds long-term relationships.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
