We are looking for experienced Civil Operators to join our civil clients on multiple projects across Christchurch.

We're interested in speaking with operators experienced across a range of machinery including excavators, rollers, loaders, dozers, graders, and other heavy equipment. Experience in earthworks, drainage, roading, utilities, or general civil construction is highly valued.

Ideally you will need:

  • Class 1 WTR
  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery within civil construction
  • Ability to help labour on the ground when needed
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

What we offer:

  • $30 - $35ph dependant on tickets and experience
  • Long term and temp to perm opportunites available
  • Training and upskilling on machinery
