Remote Recruiter (Contract)

$30-35/hr. | Fully Remote | 3-6 Month Project

We're partnering with a nationally recognized organization in the clean energy and advanced technology space on a critical hiring initiative and are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the effort.

Our firm has supported this client for more than a decade and serves as a trusted workforce partner. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys project-based work, high-volume hiring, and making an immediate impact.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting a hiring surge for Field Service Technicians across the United States. The engagement is expected to last approximately 3-6 months and will play a key role in helping the organization address an active hiring backlog.

What You'll Do:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire Field Service Technician positions
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
• Drive candidate pipelines and keep hiring activity moving efficiently
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For:
• Prior recruiting experience, preferably in technical, field service, manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or operations environments
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
