A physician-owned, multispecialty medical group in central Washington is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join an established and highly collaborative GI program.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time Gastroenterology Hospitalist opportunity
  • Preferred 7-on/7-off schedule with 24-hour shifts
  • Join a team of 8 gastroenterologists spanning General GI, Therapeutic GI, Hepatology and Motility
  • Supported by 3 experienced Advanced Practice Providers
  • Interest in General GI or Therapeutic IBD welcome
  • Practice within an integrated healthcare system serving a broad 12,000-square-mile region
  • Access to more than 30 medical specialties
  • EPIC electronic medical record
  • Physician-owned and physician-governed organization
  • One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
  • Physicians have a meaningful voice in organizational and practice-level decisions

Compensation and Benefits:

  • First-year pay range: $572K–$602K
  • First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
  • RVU-based productivity compensation beginning in year two
  • Signing bonus starting at $40K
