Management/Financial Accountant

Clarity Partners is looking for experienced Finance and Accounting professionals to join a mining and civil infrastructure contractor with a workforce of more than 10,000 people and operations across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for multiple contract opportunities across Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Senior Management Accounting.

With contract durations ranging from 3–6 months, these positions would suit experienced finance professionals who are immediately available, approaching the end of a current contract, or looking to gain further experience within the Perth market.

Financial Accountant | 3–6 Month Contract

• NOR location
• $65–$75 per hour + super
• Immediate start required
• 3–6 month initial contract
• Month-end and financial reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Journals, accruals and prepayments
• General financial accounting support
• Opportunity to join a busy finance team and add value from day one

Senior Management Accountant | 3 Month Contract

• $80–$90 per hour + super
• 3-month initial contract
• SAP experience essential
• Mining experience highly desired
• Management reporting and month-end
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Business partnering with key stakeholders
• Financial analysis and decision support

Management Accountant | 3–6 Month Contract

• CBD location
• $60 per hour + super
• Immediate start required
• 3–6 month initial contract
• Month-end accounting
• Management reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Variance analysis
• Reconciliations and journals
• Supporting the wider finance function

About You

Across these opportunities, we are looking for candidates who bring:

• Previous experience in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or Senior Management Accounting
• Strong month-end accounting experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• Previous SAP experience for the Senior Management Accountant opportunity
• Mining or resources experience highly regarded, particularly for the Senior Management Accountant role
