This role demands a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of supply chain or sourcing experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, including SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making
- Flexibility to work in-office 5 days a week, supporting team schedules and holiday coverage
- Experience with supply chain planning and customer order management
- Knowledge of inventory reservation and delivery date planning
- Familiarity with logistics, backorder resolution, and capacity management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a procurement or supply chain role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Bellevue, WA or Herndon, VA, with assigned locations and bill rates specific to each site
- Ability to accommodate holiday schedules and occasional PTO restrictions during peak periods
- Strong organizational skills and comfort using IT systems related to supply chain management, including EDI and IDOCs
