The role crafts compelling data stories to guide leaders in decision-making.
About the Team
The team partners closely with Product Managers to transform customer platform data into actionable insights that drive product decisions.
Using modern analytics tools, the team enables data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle. Focusing on analytical rigour and translating complex data into insights that guide product strategy.
This team sits within Workvivo, an employee experience platform that is part of Zoom. This role is based in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with product teams to identify and answer key questions using data.
- Designing and maintaining data pipelines while refining data sources.
- Collaborating with researchers to understand customers, products, and business holistically.
- Creating data visualizations using tools like Amazon Quicksight or Power BI.
- Communicating insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
What we’re looking for
- Possess expertise in SQL and analytical/statistical problem-solving approaches.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Apply experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Work effectively with event-based tracking data for web or mobile platforms
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders for quick conclusions and decisions.
- Showcase attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of provided answers
- Leverage experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in data workflows.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
€69,200.00
Maximum:
