BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
School-Based | Part-Time With Caseload Growth
Barstow, California
POSITION OVERVIEW
Aequor is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support a student attending a county-operated program at Barstow Junior High School.
The immediate assignment provides 2 hours of BCBA services per week, or 8 hours per month. The student already has a dedicated 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician who requires weekly BCBA supervision and clinical support.
While the position begins with one student, we are specifically looking for a BCBA who wants to build a larger school-based caseload over time. Desert Mountain SELPA continues to identify students who need 1:1 behavioral support, and each new RBT assignment typically creates approximately 2 additional hours of weekly BCBA services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a local BCBA who can begin with a limited commitment and gradually increase their hours as additional students and RBTs are added.
