Our client is looking for a procurement leader who has learned world-class sourcing inside a leading consumer products company—and now wants the opportunity to build instead of maintain.

You'll lead sourcing strategy across approximately $350M in direct materials spend, owning chemical raw materials and packaging procurement while helping shape the next generation of a growing global procurement organization.

You'll Bring

• 10+ years of direct procurement experience in Beauty, Personal Care or Consumer Products
• Deep sourcing expertise across chemical raw materials (required) and packaging
• Experience managing significant direct materials spend and strategic supplier negotiations
• Global sourcing and contract manufacturing (CMO) experience
• Proven leadership with a hands-on, builder mentality

You'll Lead

• Global sourcing strategy
• Supplier negotiations and cost optimization
• Directed-buy programs
• Should-cost modeling and spend analytics
• Supplier performance and risk management
• Two Senior Managers
• Cross-functional partnership with R&D, Operations and Finance

Compensation: $210,000-$220,000 base + 20% target bonus.
