Apply direct- Own our customer usage metric pipelines.
- Measure & improve reliability & performance across product components by working with product owners & engineers from the customer's point of view.
- Work with Customer Success, Support Engineering, Development & Product teams to assist with customer-related technical issues and help them understand their customers better through data and analysis.
- Collaborate with Customer Success & Engineering teams on complex problems where you dive deep into customer usage data & evaluate trade-offs among multiple solutions to arrive at the best solution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a relevant customer-centric & data-centric role.
- Passion to support customers & colleagues & lead them to success.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL & relational databases.
- Experience with object-oriented or scripting languages.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal & external data.
- Experience with AWS: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, etc.
- Native English or Japanese skills & proficient in the other.
- Able to work with people distributed across different geographies.
