Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join a growing organisation in Solihull.

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the key link between customers and the business, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing customer orders received via telephone, email, and online platforms
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving queries professionally
  • Ensuring orders are entered accurately and managed through to completion
  • Supporting customers with product and service information
  • Assisting with delivery, returns, and account-related enquiries
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
  • Supporting the wider sales support team to achieve service and performance targets
 
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
  • Previous customer service, sales support, or order processing experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems would be advantageous but is not essential
