As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the key link between customers and the business, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders received via telephone, email, and online platforms
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving queries professionally
- Ensuring orders are entered accurately and managed through to completion
- Supporting customers with product and service information
- Assisting with delivery, returns, and account-related enquiries
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
- Supporting the wider sales support team to achieve service and performance targets
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous customer service, sales support, or order processing experience
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using CRM or order management systems would be advantageous but is not essential
- Starting salary of £27,500
