Paralegal

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Paralegal to support our client's International Content Distribution legal team on an initial 4-month contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating licence and distribution agreements.
• Preparing supporting documentation including term sheets, amendments, sale and purchase agreements, notice letters and NDAs.
• Creating and maintaining deal summaries.
• Reviewing contracts and responding to day-to-day business queries.
• Providing legal research and general commercial legal support.
• Supporting major projects, including contract review and information gathering.
• Communicating with internal sales, finance and legal teams, as well as external clients.
• Managing multiple tasks within a busy, fast-paced legal environment.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Relevant experience within a major studio, large broadcaster or closely related environment.
• Completed legal qualifications, LPC or BPTC.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• An organised and proactive working style.

The role is based in Old Street, London, with working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm. The team meets in person on Thursdays, with an ideal working pattern of 1–2 office days per week.

The contract is expected to start in September and run for 4 months through to the end of the year.
