• Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle (Personal Use Included)
• Locations: Gold Coast Corridor (Burleigh–Coomera) & Northern NSW (Tweed–Ballina)
• Work Type: Full Time | Residential Construction

Are you a skilled Residential Site Supervisor looking for your next career move along the coast? We are currently partnering with two well-established residential builders who are experiencing solid growth and actively securing supervisory talent across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions.

Whether you prefer working with a close-knit internal team along the GC strip or a heavily resourced builder in Northern NSW with lucrative performance bonuses, both positions offer secure pipelines of work, fantastic company vehicle perks, and fast-tracked interview processes.

Opportunity 1: Gold Coast Corridor (Burleigh to Coomera)
Joining a close-knit team reporting directly to a hands-on Construction Manager, this builder offers strong operational autonomy combined with a supportive, collaborative environment.

• The Project Mix: Manage up to 15 live jobs spanning the Gold Coast corridor (Burleigh to Coomera). Projects are primarily low-sets on 200–300m² greenfield sites, mixed with split-levels, high-sets, and custom builds.
• Team Structure: Fortnightly catch-ups based out of Nerang.
• Requirements:
  
  • Active QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
  • Proven track record in residential site supervision.
  • Experience with On Site Companion software is a strong bonus.

Opportunity 2: Northern NSW (South GC down to Kingscliff)
Step into a well-resourced builder with 12 supervisors already on the books, backed by solid administrative support to make your day on site run smoothly.

• The Project Mix: Manage 12 to 15 builds (starting with a manageable ~6 builds during onboarding) across greenfield sites and inland sloping blocks, running a 70/30 split between low-sets and high-sets.
• Team Structure: Weekly team meetings alternating between Tweed Heads and Ballina.
• Requirements:
  
  • QBCC licence preferred (a dual QBCC / NSW Supervisor licence is ideal, but not essential).
  • Demonstrated experience running residential volume or custom builds.
• Extra Package Perk: Includes a 5-star review bonus scheme ($500 per glowing client review, taking your OTE upwards of an extra $10k/year).
