We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to join our clients Launceston-based team.

You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, learning and development, and HR administration.
 
To be successful, you will have:
  • Experience in Human Resources or People & Culture
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
