Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with multiresidential project experience?

Join a very well-established developer builder on a new development. Join during design and preconstruction, then move across to the delivery of the $100M project. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
• Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.

About You:

• Proven experience as a PM or SPM. 
• MUST have experience in delivering luxury apartment new build projects. 
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
