Commercial Property Lawyer (Senior Associate)

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (5+ years PAE) ready to take the next step in their career.

Working with a loyal, high-quality client base, you'll enjoy a diverse practice spanning commercial property, business transactions and corporate advisory work. You'll have the autonomy to run your own matters, the support of approachable senior lawyers when needed, and the opportunity to further develop your client relationships within a genuinely collaborative firm.

Duties
In this role, you will:

• Advise on the acquisition and disposal of property
• Undertake property due diligence and negotiate transaction documentation
• Prepare, review and negotiate leases (including retail)
• Draft contracts, agreements, legal advice and related documentation
• Advise on general commercial matters connected with property transactions   

Skills & experience
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• At least 5+ years' PAE in commercial property law, together with exposure to broader commercial matters
• Strong commercial acumen and a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a close-knit team
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
