Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees the Door Loop production line, ensuring employees are trained and safety, quality, and production standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Door Loop production line and direct production employees.

  • Ensure products meet quality, customer, and color specifications.

  • Train employees on proper processes, quality standards, and safe work practices.

  • Monitor workflow and production targets while collaborating with other departments.

  • Work hands-on and fill in on the line for employee absences as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 3 years previous production supervisory or management experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and employee training skills.

  • Strong attention to safety, quality, productivity, and detail.

  • Ability to solve problems and work effectively as part of a team.

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Pay Rate is $25+ per hour, based on experience

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-To-Hire

  • Benefits after Probation period
