Voice Picker

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking motivated, reliable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our team on the AM Shift as a Voice Picker within a temperature-controlled distribution environment at one of Australia's largest supply chain networks, located in Minchinbury.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-paced operation where you'll play a vital role in the order fulfilment process, ensuring products are picked accurately and efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:


Forklift High-Reach:

• Forklift license desirable as this role will include fork work
• Forklift experience highly favourable

Voice Picking – Pallet Rider MHE

• Operate a voice-directed picking system using a headset to receive real-time instructions.
• Safely operate a pallet rider to pick and prepare customer orders.
• Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity targets.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing warehouse team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current High Reach Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse, pick packing, voice picking, or palletising experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 20kgs (up to 8–10 hours).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work AM shifts across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
