A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join our team in Indiana, east of Indianapolis, near the Ohio border.
Details:
Perform comprehensive patient health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Emphasize health promotion, disease prevention, and long-term disease management
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field
