Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing complex programs involving regulatory and compliance documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities; excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings, set agendas, and drive action across cross-functional teams
- Expertise in process documentation, including maintaining comprehensive runbooks and audit trails
- Proficiency in tracking project milestones, escalations, and dependencies
- Skilled at distilling complex conversations into clear, actionable steps
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working with financial institutions, banking, or lending products
- Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory review processes
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Excel, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Experience working in hybrid/onsite environments, particularly in San Diego, CA
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in program management, preferably in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries
- Demonstrated success managing client/vendor relationships in a fast-moving environment

- Location primarily on-site/hybrid in San Diego, CA
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced project demands
- Willingness to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
- No specific travel requirements indicated; remote work options may be available based on client needs
