Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing complex programs involving regulatory and compliance documentation
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities; excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings, set agendas, and drive action across cross-functional teams
• Expertise in process documentation, including maintaining comprehensive runbooks and audit trails
• Proficiency in tracking project milestones, escalations, and dependencies
• Skilled at distilling complex conversations into clear, actionable steps

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working with financial institutions, banking, or lending products
• Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory review processes
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Excel, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Experience working in hybrid/onsite environments, particularly in San Diego, CA
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years in program management, preferably in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries
• Demonstrated success managing client/vendor relationships in a fast-moving environment
