Business Analyst

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, or identifying process improvements.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• Exposure to Power BI, Maximo, and/or CAPS is highly valuable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Great fit for someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, organized, and interested in growing within business systems and technology.
