  Required Skills:

• Proficiency in enterprise CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets
• Strong HTML coding skills and familiarity with web concepts like SEO and accessibility
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on content creation, updates, and publishing
• Effective communication skills and ability to track and report on work progress
• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to resolve common publishing issues and identify systemic risks proactively
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with content wireframing and webpage component building
• Knowledge of digital analytics and measurement tools
• Previous experience in a marketing or financial services environment
• Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management, web publishing, or related roles
• Proven track record managing content updates in enterprise content management systems
