We are currently hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse facility in Hanover Township, PA. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company for dependable individuals looking for long-term employment.
Pay & Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- $19.00/hour
3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday
- 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- $20.75/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift throughout the warehouse
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials
- Move products to designated storage and shipping locations
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory
- Perform inventory movements and support shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and productivity standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to communicate in English for safety, training, and workplace communication
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
