Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $27/hr

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced production environment by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. This is a boots-on-the-floor, non-supervisory role where your technical ability, problem-solving skills, and reliability make a direct impact every day.
You’ll work closely with production teams to maximize uptime, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform installation, setup, and anchoring of new equipment
- Run conduit, pull wire, and handle control wiring installation/termination to component level
- Troubleshoot and diagnose PLCs (programming not required), motors, sensors, photo-eyes, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and general repairs
- Maintain conveyor systems, robotics, over wrappers, palletizers, shrink wrappers, casers, air compressors, boilers, and steam tunnels
- Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts
- Use electrical test equipment (VOM/multi-meter, clamp-on amp meter, etc.)
- Document work and communicate effectively with the team
- Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and cGMP requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of packaging/equipment maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, robotics, packaging machinery, boilers, and related equipment
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
