Are you an organised administration professional who enjoys supporting a busy operations team and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our client's Bibra Lake head office on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll work closely with the General Manager and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. As the position has evolved over time, there is genuine opportunity to help shape the role around your skills and experience.

About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, issuing and following up customer quotations
  • Assisting with tender submissions and supporting documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service as an internal sales contact for existing and new customers
  • Creating job numbers and maintaining accurate project information
  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager
  • Assisting the operations team with scheduling, coordination and general administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth delivery of projects
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an administration, operations support, customer service or internal sales role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with job management, ERP or field service management systems will be highly regarded.
