Reporting to the Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this Council strategic planning framework. Additionally, you will be required to review contributions plans, calculate invoices, provide timely and effective planning information and inclusive community consultation activities.

DUTIES.
- Prepare, review and implement Contributions Plans and planning agreements to support timely infrastructure delivery
- Analyse population growth and development trends to identify and plan for future infrastructure needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to align infrastructure planning with strategic land use and financial objectives
- Monitor, report and support budgeting for development contributions and infrastructure funding programs
- Provide expert advice on contributions frameworks, legislation and policy, while engaging with developers and key stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Accounting and/or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of prior exposure working on contributions plans
- Driven individual who can multi-task effectively for short deadlines
- Excellent time management and great communication skills with high level of attention to detail
