Painter (Rebuild/Production) — $20/hour 

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 6am-3:30pm with mandatory OT

Painter Job Duties:

  • Clean, mask, sand, and prep parts for finishing
  • Prime/paint parts per work instructions; verify correct work order identification
  • Inspect finished surfaces for quality/conformance
  • Follow all safety and hazardous-material procedures; wear required PPE
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete basic documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and team activities
  • May operate a forklift and assist with training others as needed

Painter Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Prior painting/finishing experience or vocational training 
  • Ability to stand/bend/kneel regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working around solvents/chemicals and sharp tools
