Barker Ross is currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter to work for a prestigious private members’ club in Central London.
Our client is one of London’s oldest and most exclusive private gentlemen’s clubs, with a distinguished membership that has included members of the Royal Family and former Prime Ministers.
Job Details
Location: Green Park, SW1
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities

Washing and cleaning pots, pans, dishes and silverware

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen

Clearing rubbish and waste
-
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised

Supporting chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a similar high-end environment is essential
-
Experience within 5-star hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs or similar prestigious establishments is highly desirable
-
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and detail
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Professional and reliable approach to work

Good team-working skills
Uniform
Candidates must provide and wear the following uniform:

Black trousers

White shirt

Black shoes (non-trainers)
