Clarity Partners is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a leading provider of integrated mine site and supply chain solutions supporting the Australian resources sector.
Reporting to the EGM People, this is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading the recruitment function and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across a diverse and growing workforce. You will lead a team of recruitment professionals while partnering closely with senior leaders and the broader People & Culture function to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines and support current and future workforce requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop and manage the recruitment team, building capability across sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and recruitment best practice.
- Develop and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment frameworks, processes, tools and governance to support efficient and compliant hiring.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines across operational, technical, professional and leadership roles, including critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to provide expert advice on role design, candidate attraction, assessment and selection.
- Lead employer brand and candidate experience initiatives across careers platforms, recruitment marketing and talent channels.
- Own alternative talent pathways, including graduate, apprenticeship, new-to-industry, global mobility and talent community programs.
- Oversee end-to-end mobilisation for new starters and transferring employees, while partnering with remuneration specialists on salary positioning, offers and negotiations.
- Lead recruitment reporting and analytics, using insights across pipeline health, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance and quality-of-hire to inform decisions.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with employment legislation, work rights requirements and organisational governance, while driving diversity, equity and inclusion across the recruitment lifecycle.
About You
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading a recruitment team or function in a complex, multi-site or high-volume environment.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across operational, technical, professional and leadership roles.
- Proven capability in developing recruitment strategies, sourcing models, frameworks and processes.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction capability across LinkedIn, digital channels, job boards, talent pools and agency partnerships.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor, with strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
- Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment technology, with the ability to use data and reporting to improve outcomes.
- Experience in employer branding, candidate experience and alternative talent pathways such as graduate, apprenticeship, new-to-industry or global mobility programs.
- Experience overseeing mobilisation processes, with a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, work rights and compliant recruitment practices.
- Experience within the resources, mining, energy, logistics or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
