-Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency department.
-Proficient in operating advanced critical care related equipment and technology.
-Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and critical care related pharmacology.
-Rapid decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to dynamic cases.
-Effective verbal and written communication with the ED team, patients, and families.
-Strong interpersonal skills to support a collaborative team environment.
